This is a little guide I threw together after a few moments of pondering over some of the current blackhat video marketing techniques. In case you haven't heard of them, they include downloading and reuploading videos with url's to your blog/parked page/cpa offers in the description, or watermarked on the video. None of that is really too blackhat though, and neither is this method in fact I'm pretty sure this is something more professional bloggers would do than spammy blackhat kids. This method isn't new at all, but I'm sure some could find it useful.

Step 1) Write an article and then post it to your blog. (You could just post the video you make, but that's not good for SEO purposes).

I would suggest something like; how to fix your wii, how to spay your cat, how to cheat on a test, or etc...

Then of course you'll want to monetize your blog and blog posts with affiliate links and adsense to maximize your profits. The more traffic your video gets, the more clicks to your website, more profit ($$$) you make in a factual theory sort of sense.

2. Video tape yourself or you computer screen as you complete the task that you are teaching people about. For example... I would basically just video tape my screen as I read off of this article. You could get way more complicated than that though.

3. Open your video in some sort of video editing software once you're done. I prefer to just use windows movie maker since the editing process is very simple.

If you wanted though, you could add annotations or links in the description for things you want them to sign up for.

5. Add the url of your website as a subtitle on your video. This way people will know where the video came from no matter how it is shared. You can include direct links to your website or blog post in the description of your video also.

6. Now is the crossroads between white and black hat. You could just let your videos sit there.. or do something worthwhile (I have no idea). Or you could go the black hat rout and just use software like Tube Automator to inrease the traffic to your videos.

The trick is to make preparations prior to your quit day so that these feelings will not make you feel that you have to alienate yourself from the rest of the world. One good step to take would be to let the people in your household in on your efforts (only if you feel they will help you, not hinder you). You might get a bonus and end up with the house all to yourself, just in case you get a little uptight.

What are the symptoms of withdrawal? What are you going to feel? By planning beforehand, you can alleviate a lot of these problems before they arise. Here are a few things you may want to include on your list:

Agitated or angry: Find something to do to take your mind off things. In solitude is probably best.

Feeling overly emotional or sensitive: I will find a few moments for myself.

Sleep, or the lack of it, is another common side effect of stopping smoking. It doesn't seem to matter how tired you are during the day, a good sound sleep can be elusive as your mind doesn't seem to want to shut down, nor can you find a comfortable position in which to rest.

To help alleviate this, I recommend a hot shower before heading off to bed to help you relax. Usually the sleep deprivation only lasts for a night or two. Growing your own berries in a pot or in the garden will let you have the best berries for a bowl of fruit and cream, or even just a berry or two cut up in your morning cereal.

The strawberries that we recognize today are originally American, and they are a hybrid of a species from South America that had to be crossbred with a species from North America to help them survive. They were a sign of decadence and health in Europe.

Funnily enough, in Argentina strawberries were considered to be poisonous until the mid-1800s. The South American strawberry plants varied in flavor, size and shape, but the berries always had the distinctive bright red color and almost-heart-shaped berry that we have come to know and love.

When you are thinking about strawberries, you will of course think of eating them raw, but you will find that there are several other options that will prove just as delicious. One fun dessert option is to remove the green leaves and cut the strawberries themselves down into small chunks. Then place them in a bowl and cover them with water, after which, you will strew white sugar over the top as liberally as you like. If you let it add ice and let it soak in the refrigerator for a few hours, you will have a deliciously cold summer treat.

Some people prefer a more complex flavor, or a little more tartness to their berries. A good way to add more complexity to your strawberries is to dip them into some good balsamic vinegar and powdered sugar. The sharpness of the vinegar adds a nice contrast to the sweetness of the sugar. This makes a simple, intriguing end to a meal.

Strawberries and spinach make a great pairing. Toss a few in the next time you want to serve a spinach salad. If you combine the spinach, sliced strawberries, some red onions and caraway seeds, you will have a great salad that works well for lunch or dinner. Top it with a dressing of balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, mustard and honey to pull it all together.

Alternatively, you can try this fresh spinach salad. Remove all the stems from the spinach leaves so you only have the tender greens. Slice the strawberries diagonally to create an interesting look. Toss them into the greens with a little Gorgonzola cheese and some tasty homemade croutons for some crunch. Top it all off with a little dab of ranch dressing and some freshly ground black pepper for a delightful salad that is a wonderful marriage of textures and flavors.

One of the hot diets currently is Fat Loss 4 Idiots, and it's shrouded by a veil of hype, but in truth, this diet (not unlike most diets) is not the silver bullet that it's made out to be, but it is a solid weight loss plan for the right type of dieter.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots claims that they are the only diet on the market that will help dieters lose 9 pounds every 11 days. A clarification: that's not 9 pounds in 11 days, that's 9 pounds each 11-day period while on the diet. Obviously, this is a significant reason to be wary of this diet plan, or at least skeptical that its claims might be dubious, even for a fast weight loss diet!

When you examine the diet, you begin to understand that this claim is moderated due to the nature of the diet. Fat Loss 4 Idiot espouses "off" days, where you are free to eat whatever you desire. Each two-week period, you are to take three of these off days.

We all know that during the first four to five days on a diet, the pounds glide off easily, resulting from cleansing your colon and eliminating water weight. On the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet then, you experience this initial drop during each 2-week period.

Here's what that might look like: start the diet and drop 9 pounds in 11 days, and gain 3 back during the next 3 days; lose 9 pounds during the second period and gain 3 back during the cheat days. The end result is 9 pounds lost every 11 days, but a total weight loss of only 6 pounds every two weeks. Of course, even those figures would be very difficult to maintain over the long term, but it does demonstrate how the Fat Loss 4 Idiots staff calculate weight loss.

A very positive part of this plan is the off days. During each two week period, you spend 11 days on the diet and 3 days off the diet. This is an effective, but little-used approach, and is one that is shared by another innovative diet, the Cheat to Lose Diet. The principle is that you keep your body from entering starvation or conservation mode with the off days, and because you can satisfy your cravings as often as every two weeks, the diet is easier to stick to than other fast weight lose diets over the long-term.

The diet is also very simple for anyone to implement because it spends no time, and I mean absolutely none, educating you about how the diet works. It simply tells you what to eat. On the positive side, this is the fastest, drop-dead-easy way to start a diet; but it is far from ideal for those dieters who are interested in the facts behind why a diet works the way it does. If you are an information consumer, this do-what-I-say approach can grow tired quickly.

A final point to note about the diet is the simplicity of it. It's fast and easy to begin, and it's a low-maintenance plan because Fat Loss 4 Idiots doesn't place much emphasis on carbohydrate and calorie counting or even portion size; instead, the program frequently encourages you to "eat short of being full."

Thanksgiving features food. The Pilgrims worked hard to make the new world their home, and this was their celebration. It's a pretty standard menu. The table is jammed with turkey, stuffing and all the trimmings. History aside, families also like to get everyone together in one room. But just like the colors of the leaves, Thanksgiving dinner recipes can be an amazing variety.

How about this recipe for a pleasant-tasting appetizer? Move the pumpkin from dessert to the start of the meal as a mouth-watering Pumpkin soup. Take a tablespoonfull of oil and butter each of them and then heat it to a medium heated pan. Add three sliced leeks (only the white) and saute until the leeks are soft. Pumpkin puree, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and salt join the party. Stir that until well mixed, then pour in 32 ounces of vegetable broth. Add brown sugar. Simmer for 1 minutes over low heat. Cream or half and half are optional, along with a pinch of cinnamon on top of each bowl. That sounds good.

For the main course try frying the turkey instead of broiling it. It won't get greasy. The oil is so hot it doesn't flow into the meat. Buy a turkey fryer. Check the meat with a meat thermometer and the oil temperature with an oil thermometer. Hot oil may spatter so do this in an open outdoor space. Heat the oil to between 325 degrees and 35 degrees F. Cook it for 3 minutes per pound, until the breast is 17F. It's common to inject spices into the turkey during frying, but the dressing is usually not fried along with the turkey.

For some other soup ideas try curried pumpkin apple soup, butternut squash soup, or pumpkin and sausage soup. Other appetizer possibilities also exist. Try something different like cheese wrapped asparagus. Use two cheeses, one spread and one sliced. A blue cheese spread over slices of swiss can be good. Spread the soft cheese on the slices, wrap it around a few asparagus spears, then cook in a 23 degree C oven for about 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is soft.

Sure wrapping cheese around asparagus turns a pretty healthy food into something a little more fattening. But Thanksgiving isn't a time for a diet. Live a little! - 15275

While this restaurant has done a great job of introducing people to the concept of Italian food, the food served here is a far cry from the real thing. The salad dressing and breadsticks served here would never be found in Italy. Since the menu is the same year round fresh ingredients are not a priority and hence the dishes are heavily seasoned to hide the fact that the underlying ingredients hold little flavor. This is the vast bulk of the market and yes, accidents do happen but they are more likely to be in a controlled fashion, by that we mean on well groomed slopes, with assistance and help on hand.
