Celebrities Share their Natural Beauty Secrets

By JoAnne Jackson

I don't know about you but sometimes when I see a picture of a beautiful super model like Cindy Crawford I just have to wonder "has she had work done is she naturally beautiful?"... The thing is, regardless of the answer, the one thing that is true is that they all work hard to maintain their looks using their own natural beauty secrets...

Of course they usually follow a routine of the right attitude, the right food and the right aids, but, a lot of the steps that they use can easily be replicated by you in your own house...

In fact, their natural beauty secrets could be very similar to what you may already be doing. As you probably know, there are women all over the world that are looking for ways to look like their favourite celebrity or model, seeking out their beauty secrets and hoping to have the same flawless, beautiful skin...

Well, why not take a peek at some of these celebrity tips that I've put together? Hopefully you'll get some inspiration and if some of them seem cool, then why not check 'em out...

Halle Berry's top tip is to cleanse her face and moisturize it two times every day. She prefers to use fruit based cleanser with natural acids that can exfoliate the skin. Why not adopt a similar routine yourself...?

Whereas Mo'Nique goes for the more straightforward approach. She recommends good ol' water. Use it to cleanse your face along with an astringent and then apply some great moisturiser and that's it. This is an easy one to copy...

Victoria Rowell's beauty secret is softening her skin with simple petroleum jelly in the morning and at night. Who would have thought that the humble petroleum jelly could be a celebrity beauty secret!

Do you use cocoa butter? I've always loved this product with its yummy smell and buttery feel and two celebrities obviously feel like I do! Lisa Leslie recommends it for great skin and removing blemishes whereas Cindy Braggs says it's a great way to get rid of stretch marks after child birth. I say just get it because it smells great...

The singer Jody Watley also recommends good old H2O and aerobics but also has a more spiritual tip. She says that she focuses on her body, mind and spirit - making sure that they all get the attention they deserve. That sounds good to me - food for the body and the soul...

You could improve your beauty care plan by adopting one or even all of these natural beauty secrets! Remember, the trick is to try something and if it works, stick to it. - 15275
