Take control of your portions. Every day in our lives, we are faced with choices. And the choices we make decide our outcome. If losing weight is your goal you have to make the decision today that you will do what it take to make this goal a reality.

Remember to hydrate. The easiest way to change your diet for the better is to drink only. I know it sounds hard, but the truth is it's not hard at all. Think about all the empty calories you get from soft drinks and juices. Water has no caloric value so this one tip alone will help you lose weight.
